Dymondia margaretae is a prostrate, tightly knitting ground-cover ideal for soil binding and covering banks. Its attractive green and silver foliage looks good all year round and in spring and summer it has small golden yellow daisy flowers. Its very drought hardy and tolerant of a wide range of soils and will even withstand salt spray. What it doesnt like is frost.
