Mirbelia oxyloboides is a low-lying or erect shrub that typically grows to a height of 1-2 m. It has attractive small grey-green foliage and orange-yellow pea flowers with red markings from October to January. Prefers part shade in well drained soils. Frost hardy to -7. Summer water recommended in drier districts.
