Description
Melaleuca lanceolata is a fast growing dense shrub or small tree 4-10m x 2-3m. Cream or white bottle-brush flowers on the ends of branches in summer and sporadic throughout the year. Full sun. Very hardy and adaptable to most soils and conditions. Frost tolerant, also tolerates salt and coastal conditions. Responds to regular pruning. Ideal for windbreaks, screens and hedging. Pollen good for beekeeping.
