Lychnis chalcedonica carnea is a slender shrub with green foliage and spikes of salmon pink flowers arranged in a domed cluster December and January. Grows 30-80cm x 30cm tall in full sun or part shade in most soils. Plant amongst other perennials for little peaks of pink. Summer water during dry spells. Rare in cultivation.
