Gompholobium shuttleworthii is an erect shrub that typically grows to a height of 50cm-1m x 50cm-1m. The flowers are yellow, occurring from July to January. It prefers well drained but moist soils in a semi shaded position. Occurs naturally on coastal limestone, sand dunes and plains in the Avon Wheatbelt. A collectors plant, it is ideally grown in the home garden in pots and containers.
