Description
Diplolaena ferruginea is a small rounded shrub growing 20-60cm x 20-60cm. Strikingly unusual red and green flowers in winter and spring. Surprisingly hardy and adaptable in most well drained soils in full sun or part shade. Suitable for coastal conditions, clay and lime soils. Some summer water maybe required in hot dry districts. Suitable for pots and containers.
