Correa Firebird is a small upright shrub to 80cm x 1.1m. Massed pretty orange red tubular flowers from mid winter to late spring. Full sun to quite heavy shade. Attractive plant for those shady areas. Hardy and adaptable to most well drained soils including alkaline. Drought and frost tolerant although some summer water maybe required in hot dry districts. Suitable for coastal gardens.
