Description
Acacia littorea is a dense shrub 1-2m x 1-2m, sometimes reaching 3m, with interesting obtriangular to obdeltate shaped foliage resembling a sharks tooth. It produces massed yellow flowers from August to November. It prefers a sunny position and well-drained soils and suits a coastal garden. The species is drought and frost tolerant, fast-growing and suitable for erosion control or as a windbreak.
