These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all Gift Cards/Codes issued by Trigg Plants ABN 65 591 813 981. Please read before purchasing/using your Gift Card/Code. Your purchase and/or use of your Gift Card/Code constitutes acceptance of these terms

1. Due to bio-security regulations we do not post to Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory, therefore Gift Cards/Codes are only valid for deliveries to the following states – South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, ACT and Queensland.
2. Expiry– Gift Cards/Codes will expire three years after the date of issue. After such time it will be invalid and any remaining balance will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to ensure any balance is used before expiry.
3. Treat this Gift Card/Code as cash. It will not be replaced if lost or stolen. The user of the Gift Card/Code will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Card/Code.
4. This Gift Card/Code is redeemable for merchandise only in our online store https://triggplants.com.au/. You cannot exchange your Gift Card/Code for cash or a different denomination or type of Gift Card or discount.
5. Gift Cards/Codes cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card/Codes.
6. Goods that are purchased solely, or in part with a Gift Card/Code are subject to Trigg Plants exchange and returns policy, which includes, but is not limited to, no change of mind returns accepted. Full details can be found here https://triggplants.com.au/returns/
7. Your Gift Card/Code may only be used to make purchases up to the initial Gift Card/Code value or the Remaining Gift Card/Code Value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Gift Card/Code value or the Remaining Gift Card/Code Value, you must pay the excess using another payment method. Gift Cards/Codes cannot be topped up.
8. At Checkout type in the Gift Card/Code where required. The transaction will be completed when the balance has reduced on your Gift Card/Code. No change will be given for any Remaining Gift Card/Code Value. The Remaining Gift Card /Code value may be used in whole or part against future purchases until the Gift Card/Code expires. You agree that we can reduce the Remaining Gift Card/Code Value by the value of all purchases and services. When you make a purchase you are confirming that the transaction correctly represents the purchase price of the goods or services obtained; and you are agreeing to pay the amount of that transaction in whole or in part by the reduction of the Remaining Gift Card/Code Value.
9. Gift Cards/Codes cannot be cancelled once they are issued except if voided by Trigg Plants, if their value is used or if they expire. We reserve the right to cancel or place on hold any Gift Card/Code for any reason at any time without notice to prevent the occurrence of fraud, suspected fraud or other unlawful, damaging or unacceptable conduct.
10. We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions for any reason at any time without notice.
11. Terms and Conditions of the Gift Card/Code are governed by the laws of South Australia.
