Description
Penstemon Russian River is a fast growing sprawling shrub to 1m x 1m. Massed spikes of blue-purple flowers Spring, Summer and early Autumn. Looks spectacular in a massed planting or as an informal low hedge. Can be pruned after flowering to maintain shape. Full sun preferred or part shade in most soils. Drought and frost hardy.
