Salvia radula is a small multi branched shrub to 1m x 1m with furry, highly aromatic leaves which are white and woolly underneath and mid-greyish green on the surface. Spikes of luminescent white flowers are held above the foliage in spring and summer. Hardy and adaptable it grows in full sun or part shade in most well drained soils soils. A very good plant for difficult areas. Coastal tolerant.
