Description

A recently named species this Prostanthera is an attractive upright shrub 1.5m x 75cm with small fragrant leaves. Royal purple flowers spring and summer. It prefers well drained soils in full sun or part shade. Suitable for containers.

This is a very new and interesting plant for us, being only described in 2019 and I am not sure yet how much summer water it requires in our mediterranean climate in Adelaide so I am recommending some summer water when dry. I will update once known. It occurs naturally in the south-eastern region of New South Wales
