Polemonium pauciflorum is a rare species of flowering plant in the phlox family found in the United States and Mexico. It grows to 40cm x 20cm making it ideal for front of borders. It grows in most soils in full sun or part shade and has attractive drooping trumpets of yellow, sometimes tinged with red in spring and summer.
