Description
Prostanthera violacea is an attractive small shrub 50cm-1m x 1m sometimes reaching 2m in height. Massed bluish purple flowers, sometimes with white markings in Spring. It prefers well drained moist soils in full sun or part shade. Summer water required in drier districts. Pretty in both native and cottage gardens. Suitable for containers.
