Description
Mat forming shrub 8 to 18cm high sometimes reaching 30cm. Elongated green foliage with toothed ends. Large white flowers in spring. This plant likes full or part sun in well drained soils. Grows on limestone rocks in the alps of Italy. Trialing here where it appears to be adaptable. Summer water recommended in hot dry districts. Rare in cultivation.
