Upright spreading shrub growing to 1.5m x 1-1.5m. Full sun preferred. Occurs on sand, sandy or gravelly loam and is lime tolerant. Foliage is stiff with needle like tips but overall gives a “feathery look”. Flowers have a silky look and are either yellow or greyish mauve to pink. Flowering mainly occurs from July to December. Drought hardy once established and frost tolerant.
