Microtis unifolia is a native terrestrial perennial orchid with an underground tuber. It has a single hollow green leaf which is deciduous during the warmer months. A flowering stem up to 60cm high emerges from the leaf about one-third of its length from its base. Between ten and one hundred green or yellowish-green flowers are arranged on a 3-13 cm length of the flowering stem. Occurs in a wide range of habitats from swamps to rocky outcrops in semi-arid areas.

You will receive three or more orchids in each pot. Please note that this species has long slender leaves which may be damaged in transit, orchid will re-sprout as usual the following year.
