Dryandra echinata (syn Banksia) is a medium shrub that typically grows 2m x 2m with attractive serrated foliage. The flowers are pale yellow and occur from July to October. It requires a well-drained soil, and prefers full sun, although it will tolerate part shade.  Drought hardy once established.
