Acacia denticulosa, also known as the Sandpaper Wattle, is an upright shrub with an open habit growing 2-4 m x 3-4m. It has large flat leaves with a texture likened to sandpaper. The prominent cylindrical golden flower spikes are 3–8 cm long and occur from September to October. Prefers full sun and is adaptable to most well drained soils. Drought hardy and moderately frost tolerant whilst young. Feature plant.
