Acacia verniciflua is a rounded dense shrub or small tree 3-5m x 3-5m. Fine green foliage and massed globular pale yellow flowers from July to November. Grows in full sun or part shade in moist well drained soils but tolerates wet boggy sites and clay. Feature plant ideal for screening. Prune after flowering. Low water requirements once established but summer water may be required in drier districts.
